Star Glass LLC is a family-owned glass contractor based in New Jersey and licensed as a home improvement contractor, license number 13VH13775400. We install frameless shower doors, glass stair railings, custom mirrors and glass partitions in homes across northern and central New Jersey.
Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers. We keep it that way by getting the small things right.
Family owned, quality driven
Star Glass is a family business run by the Heringer family. We quote the job, and the same crew measures the opening, orders the glass and installs it, with no subcontractors in between. That is why the measurement is exact and the install matches the quote.
We measure in your home because walls that look square often are not, and glass that is made to the real opening fits the first time. On a shower, we bring glass and hardware samples so you can see the finish against your own tile. When we finish, we leave the house clean.
Who you deal with
When you call (908) 410-0773 you reach the business that will measure and install your glass, not a call center. Phone hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm and Saturday from 7am to 1pm, and you can send the quote form any time.
What we do
Most of our work is frameless shower doors. We also install glass railings on stairs, lofts and balconies, and custom mirrors and glass partitions. We work for homeowners and for contractors and builders who need a licensed glass installer on a remodel.
Our warranty
Every installation carries a one-year warranty on seals, leaks and hardware operation. The glass itself carries the manufacturer warranty.
Where we work
We install across northern and central New Jersey, including Livingston, Short Hills, Montclair, Morristown, Ridgewood, Paramus, Westfield, Summit and Princeton. If your town is not on our list, call and ask.
